I’m the voice that greets you when you call to inquire/schedule with us, and I’m always here to extend a warm smile and exceptional customer service to you! Groomer

Sephryn is a dedicated dog groomer with a passion for bringing out the best in every pet. With a keen eye for detail and a gentle approach, they make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and stylish. Currently working toward Master Groomer certification, Sephryn is committed to continuing education and providing top-quality care for pets of all breeds and sizes.

Jennifer

Groomer

Hi, I'm Jennifer. I've been grooming fur babies for 7 years! I learned when I was about 18 and loved it so much I never did anything else. My hope is to one day be able to have my own grooming salon or a rescue center. I used to rescue strays off the streets and find them loving, forever homes. I loved rescuing, but it became a bit expensive, and I started to run out of room. I hope one day I can do it again! Until then, I will continue to groom babies and take care of them as if they were my own.

Alondra

Alondra started her training with Pampered Paws at the former Collierville location. Since then, she's been part of our Southaven team, mastering her skills, and currently has a year of experience under her belt.

Brittany

Brittany is a new addition to our Southaven team and has over 15+ years of grooming experience!

Lee

Lee is also a new addition to our Southaven team, but has over 8+ years of experience in grooming!

Nikki

Most of you probably know her from being the receptionist at our Southaven location. She has moved to being a part of our grooming team and has 1 year of experience.

Danielle

Hello, my name is Danielle, and I have been in the grooming industry since I was 14. I started out by helping my Mom at the salon she worked at. I have been grooming dogs for over 20 years now and have a passion for it. I have 3 yorkies of my own, so some call me the Yorkie Groomer. I have worked at the Collierville location in the past, so some customers may know me from that location. My goal is to not only make your fur baby look better but also to make your fur baby feel safe and comfortable during the grooming process.

Brandy

Hi, My name is Brandy. Before becoming a member of the Pampered Paws team, I managed grooming and boarding facilities for 5 years. I am now a groomer and have been doing it for 3 years. I am the manager at the Olive Branch location, and I love what I do. Especially the pups that come to see me for grooming.

Kelly

My name is Kelly Rooker. I have been grooming for 16 years. I have groomed for vet offices, Petco, and Pampered Paws. I love animals, reptiles, and plants, and love being outdoors!

Hi, I'm Jenna. I've been a groomer for about 28 years. I love the work I do and all the new people and pups I get to meet.
