    Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. You can schedule an appointment online through our website or by calling us directly.

  • What should I do to prepare my pet for their grooming appointment?

    Please ensure your pet has had a chance to relieve themselves before arriving. If your pet has any medical conditions or behavioral concerns, let us know in advance so we can accommodate their needs.

  • How long does a grooming session typically take?

    The length of each session varies depending on the size, breed, and condition of your pet’s coat, as well as the services requested. Most grooming sessions take between 1.5 to 3 hours.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    To provide the best service and care for all pets, we operate primarily by appointment. Walk-ins are accepted on a limited basis depending on availability, but we highly recommend scheduling ahead.

  • Are your grooming products safe for pets?

    Absolutely! We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos, conditioners, and grooming products suitable for dogs of all ages and skin types.

  • What if my pet has special needs or behavioral challenges?

    Our team is trained to handle pets with special needs, anxiety, or behavioral challenges. Please inform us prior to the appointment so we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your pet.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other pets who may need grooming and ensures smooth scheduling for all clients.

    Paper documentation showing up-to-date Rabies vaccination is required

  • Is there a drop off time for services?

    Yes! Drop-off time is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
